Can I order Diwali gift boxes for my office or family?+

Yes, any number from 1 to 500. Message us on WhatsApp or call 93891 61914 with how many you need and your budget per box, and we share designs and a price.

Do you deliver outside Varanasi?+

Not yet. We currently deliver only within Varanasi (PIN codes starting 2210). You can also collect from our shops at Chowk and Sigra.

How fast is delivery?+

Same day delivery across Varanasi. Orders placed before 4 PM reach you the same evening; later orders come next morning.

Is Cash on Delivery available?+

Yes, on orders up to ₹5,000. Larger orders can be paid by UPI from GPay, PhonePe, Paytm or any UPI app.

What if I am not happy with the quality?+

Call or WhatsApp us the same day. We replace the pack or refund, no questions asked.

Is there a minimum order?+

Yes, ₹299. Delivery is free on every order.
